– Citizenship or immigration consultant must be a member of The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.

– Lawyers or notaries must be members of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, or the Chambre des notaires du Québec.

– Paralegals (Ontario only) must be members of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

  • Errors and Omissions Insurance is the College’s mandatory requirement for us to protect you from human errors of our employees
  • We are required to complete Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course annually to maintain our professional competence in the latest changes of the Immigration legislation
  • The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants conducts yearly / bi-yearly audits of its members
  • We sign a Retainer Agreement with all our clients where we clearly outline our responsibilities
  • The fees you are charged are outlined in our Retainer Agreement. You always receive invoices and receipts for all your payments
